The location is good but the hotel is a bit old and rundown. Maybe I’d time for a renovation especially the room decor.

We had an awesome stay at Hotel Indigo in May. The view was amazing, the room was super comfy and stylish, and the location couldn’t have been better for checking out the city.
Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice, and the staff were all great. Big shoutout to Henry at the front desk – he made us feel really welcome and was super helpful when we had a little issue.
Also don’t miss their rooftop bar, delivering Shanghai’s iconic skyline with a well crafted cocktail on top🍹
Would definitely stay here again!

Had a very relaxing stay at the Indigo. The views overlooking the Bund are phenomenal. Staff at check-in were nice and helpful. The hotel has a unique style which added to its relaxing feel.

Had a wonderful stay at Indigo Shanghai! The room I stayed in had an amazing view on the Bund. Spacious, super tidy and clean. Don't miss out on the bar on the 30th floor, they have very good cocktails and an even better view. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. I will definitely come back!

Overall experience was excellent. Very helpful staff on reception advised us on availability for a second night, and kept me right with our stay. Views from river view room and the bar were amazing. Food in the Quay was great for families and lots of options for kids and adults. Char restaurant was extremely overpriced so we decided not to dine there. Only slight downside was the rooftop bar on Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings requires a charge for entry which was not advertised anywhere. It wa s abit off putting as hotel guests would assume they have access to this facility without additional cost. However Would stay again!

Everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable, the view excellent, location is just 2mins walk to the bund. Also walkable to Yu Garden. B/F was good and customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.
