-The check in is a bit messy as there could be a lot of people wanting to check in and out there’s a queue sign that it’s almost invisible if nobody says there’s a sign.
-The view is ok.
-It is a nice place, but honestly it is overrated and overpriced.
-Amenities are upon request.
-The service is very nice, the staff were very friendly 😌
-One time experience it’s enough!

Architecture of the building is very nice and it is about it. We had the diplomatic suite. Lots of switches do not work well. Room was not very clean (stains on the carpet, dust, some items from previous tenants were on the floor. Service is friendly but very poor. Only as an example, I asked for peanuts and chips in the room, I said I was willing to pay for it but this request was denied because “you cannot simply order peanuts, it is not on the menu, you need to order some other food and we will give you peanuts”
Other example, my wife forgot her jacket in the room
Breakfast quality is not great but ok. Not on the right level for a Grand Hyatt.

We had a room on the 80th floor. Great view! Reception speaks a bit English so you might use a translation app. We waited only 3 minutes at the reception when we arrived at 3 pm

The room smell bad , the hotel old , the stuff is very nice and cute , the service is fast , location and view is good , in general it was ok experience but I’m not going to take the hotel again ,,

HOTEL is very good, the staff were helpful especially GARRY on the first floor, speaks good English. Room is very spacious, the bathroom water pressure was awesome. Spent a night. The phone network is terrible probably coz of the high floors, slept on 75th floor, we enjoyed our stay and it was worth every single Penny. Would choose it again. Thanks
