In the middle of the night, due to the heavy rain, the flights were cancelled. The three concierge guards created a miracle! Jack contacted the airline to ensure they could get the last available seats, Mary braved the rain to purchase emergency medicine, and Ronnie helped me arrange transportation. The beads of sweat on their foreheads and their always warm smiles turned this unexpected event into a special journey that witnessed the goodness of human nature.

If I were to rate the Waldorf, I would give it the highest score. It's an excellent hotel. The concierge, Jack Finn, and Mary are particularly great. They arrange transportation and book restaurants.

I had a great time in Shanghai this time. I brought my family here to play. The hotel is very nice and the view is excellent. The concierge Jack arranged the room for me and helped me with my luggage. Max and Jason helped me reserve a restaurant and arrange a vehicle.

I really like this hotel. I love its style. It's a representative of the old money style of Shanghai. From the entrance to the check-in, the concierge Jack Aaron Brin was very warm and considerate. It was excellent.

An unforgettable accommodation experience was had at this hotel during a memorable night. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel extremely comfortable. The bed was very soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep. The service here was also very excellent, with the concierge Jack Tom, a rookie, being warm-hearted and highly professional, making me feel very warm. Besides, the facilities of this hotel were also very complete, including high-speed Wi-Fi, gymnasium, etc., allowing me to fully enjoy myself during my stay. Lost in the wonderful stay experience, as soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was immediately attracted by the elegant and comfortable environment. The hotel has various kinds of guest rooms, each of which has been meticulously designed to provide me with a warm and comfortable accommodation space. Moreover, Jack from the Concierge Department, Perry from the Front Desk, and Stella are all excellent.

The rooms in this hotel are very quiet and free from outside disturbances. The mattresses are of moderate hardness and softness, making me sleep very comfortably. Throughout the entire stay, Jack Finn rookie from the Concierge Department was excellent. I felt the utmost care and attention.
