Good:
- You will be right next to Nanjing Road, with new shops, the MnM store, street food, and live performances on weekends.
Bad:
- The room was full of BUGS!!!!
- The toilet was annoying to flush
- The room was very humid and the no window room is dark and depressing. Choose a room with a window!
- You can hear lots of noise in the hallway

I think Judy is an excellent employee of Radisson blu, she is friendly and enthusiastic, the service attitude is very good, helped me a lot, helped me to book the room, This made it possible for me to continue living in the same room, reducing a lot of unnecessary trouble. I am truly grateful to Judy, because her service. If I have the opportunity to return to Shanghai, I will choose this place again. I also hope to see her again. I am glad that the hotel has friendly staff like her.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, thanks especially to Jackie at the front desk. Although we arrived early, she kindly checked us in and let us know our room would be ready in about 1.5 hours. She offered to store our luggage free of charge so we could explore comfortably, and when we returned, she even surprised us with a gift bag full of drinks—such thoughtful service!
The location is unbeatable: right across from Nanjing West Pedestrian Street, directly connected to New World shopping centre, and just a short walk to People’s Square and the metro. The Bund is also within walking distance—about 30 minutes if you’re up for a stroll. There are so many food options around.
Our room was clean, spacious, and located on a high floor just as we requested. Facilities were excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was warm and helpful.
We’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai!

The location is excellent. Cross the road is the metro station. There is a collect locker for Taobao just outside the side entrance of the hotel.
Our bedsheet was stained during the stay and the hotel quickly rectified the issue. I would recommend this hotel and service staff Annie.

:surrounded with many great local restaurants (Lai Laixiaolong, Laokele,New Sukiyaki,Long time ago ,etc)
:connected with New World City mall (He tea inside)which has underpass to Nanjing Pedestrian Road

Mr.Daniel welcomed me very well during my check-in. His English accent and warm energy let you feel good and safe in here. The room is very clean, breakfast is very rich, location is great to reach to Bund by walking distance, subway station is just opposite of the road. Everything was awesome.

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel and so glad for that as the location is prime! So easy to access Nanjing East Pedestrian walk and the Bund. Food is all around. We booked a bund view room and no regrets. The view is awesome. Special mention to Oliver. He is the most service-oriented staff we have encountered for this trip. When we came back from our Hangzhou trip for another 2 nights in same hotel, he ensured our room was ready and in good condition, even messaging us to inform that. He also provided recommendation when we asked him where we can find good food. Great customer service. Also saw him providing help to all the other guests, always patient. The staff at the mini bar on lobby floor was also very nice and friendly. Overall, happy to have chosen this hotel.

Absolutely awesome classical luxurius Hotel in Shanghai. Nice reception staffs, restaurant staffs, and concierge.
