The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes with both local and international options available. It was a great start to the day, energizing me for my adventures around Shanghai. Most importantly, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Cora, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to upgrade our room to a double bed setup. Her kindness and professionalism significantly enhanced our stay, making it truly memorable. Hotel is easy to find. Was greeted super warmly by all the lobby staff members. Daisy assisted me with my check-in and offered to add me on WeChat in case I required any assistance during my trip. I asked for a view with the Pearl tower and was able to get one. Concierge service is also top notch. Everyone was so helpful and you could tell that they were actually really happy to help in any way they can. Would recco to stay here, especially for first time travellers. I even got help with my food and Taobao deliveries from Colin (Concierge). The room itself was clean, cozy, spacious and has everything you need. Plus a super good view. I overslept on my check-out day and requested for late check-out, the staff were also quick to assist to my request. In short, I would definitely be back to stay at this hotel again when I’m back in Shanghai. Super good hospitality + great location + comfortable room! :)

I'm pretty happy overall. Just a heads up about the hotel AC, it's kinda weird - suddenly there's no air and it feels all muggy. Had to tweak it a few times.

I booked this hotel because I fancied a spa day. I tried to contact the spa for 2 days after checking in without success, so I went to investigate. There is no spa despite being advertised online, on the hotel website AND in the room. When I spoke to the manager about my disappointment, he told me to just use another one in the local area. Also, there’s no personal touch here like at other Marriotts- no one said hello, helped with my suitcase or greeted me whenever I returned to the hotel. I usually feel ‘special’ when using this brand of hotel- but not this time. On a positive note, it’s beautiful and in a great location. I loved the bath in the room and the great breakfast.

Convenient location, walking distance to nanjing road. Many restaurants nearby hotel. Hotel offer better price for airport shuttle services compared to my own searched.

The room was huge and clean and staff very friendly .Will stay here again . Love the size of the rooms and the bed was very very comfortable.had a great night sleep . Had a great swim . The view from the window was amazing.
