Delicious breakfast. Nice view from the room. All the staff are customer friendly and helpful. Food has lots of variety, delicious and satisfying. Love my stay in this hotel. Will come back

Stay away from this hotel!
When we arrived to the hotel they gave us a different room from what we ordered- a much cheaper one. We went to the reception to get a poor reaction that the hotel is fully booked and this is what it is. After we insisted they moved us to the room that we ordered originally but the air conditioning didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work and electric switches and plugs that didn’t work well. The whole time we didn’t get any help from the staff, they laughed and didn’t offer any compensation for their mistakes of the room or the condition of the room. We canceled the rest of our time there . I really Don’t recommend!!

Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing spectacular. Booked suite room that I thought would have lounge access, but nothing mentioned upon checkin. About a 7-8 minute taxi ride (barring traffic conditions) to Lujiazui area.
If price was significantly lower, I would stay again. But unfortunately room was way overpriced for what I received total.

The staff here are very friendly, but I think the biggest difficulty is communicating with them in English. However, they made a great effort to understand our requests. The service is perfect, the breakfast is decent, and the room is clean with a beautiful view. I forgot some belongings in the room and am now back in Vietnam, so I am not sure how to contact the hotel. Anyway, thank you for providing me with an excellent experience.
