Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel on the Bund

So close to yu garden, with the nearest shopping mall just around the corner. The room is clean, and all the staff are very helpful. Always my go-to place to stay whenever I have a business trip in Shanghai.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The place has nice views, it was very clean and well-maintained throughout. The location is ideal for both sightseeing and business, with easy access to many of the city’s landmarks. What made my stay even more memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel — a beautifully presented stamp collection featuring Shanghai’s landmarks and culture. It was such a unique and meaningful gift, reflecting the city’s charm and the hotel’s attention to detail. Overall, the Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent hospitality, prime location, and special touches that make guests feel valued. This is one of the better hotel at Shanghai near bund area. If there is room available, early check in is possible. The room is big and staffs are all very friendly. Train station exit 3 just opposite the hotel. And to our surprise, the hotel staff gave a ***** moon advance present lantern to us. I will definitely book this hotel again

As a solo traveller, location is top priority to me. With this hotel, the location is great with metro station less than 5 mins away and yu garden is within walking distance. Nanjing Pedestrian Walk and Bund are 1 stop away and you can walk over if you want to. In my opinion, this location is pretty central and you can get to anywhere via metro. Service is awesome and my room is always cleaned up by the time I am back at the hotel.
