房間不錯略小，但是安靜設施還不錯

酒店離冰雪世界方便，打車十幾分鍾就到，服務很好，入住送了甜品粥和水果，前台小姐姐給安排的房間很寬敞，採光很好，👍表揚一下，退房的時候送了一盒伴手禮茶葉，還有温水，太周到了，下次來這邊玩還住這裏

相對其他的全季，這家全季服務極差，到大堂辦理入住，前台自顧自的在整理自己的工作，不理客人，我自己辦理好，要好幾遍驗證碼都不給，還問我其他無關問題。數據線不準備。打了投訴電話之後，前台給我打電話完全沒有歉意，直接告所我，前台有數據線，但不能給我用，他們自己要用，讓我去租充電寶！！！！ 另，打投訴電話沒有回訪，衹讓問題人自己處理，完全解決不了問題

過年有氛圍，挺滿意的，前台交代很清楚，態度也相當好！
