There were hairs everywhere on the floor of the room, a long hair on the towel, and on the bed sheet. After I gave feedback, the cleaning staff explained that the supplier didn't clean it properly. When I asked to change the room, the front desk staff was visibly impatient, and the cleaning staff even complained to the front desk staff on the phone in front of me.
