The service was average but the facility’s overall quality is way below what I paid for. It’s barely a two star hotel.

Great staff
However, the hotel lacks facility maintenance or regular inspection
The shower knob in my room was extremely hard to turn I managed to turn it on but it was stuck on very high temperature - really put me in a harm’s way. I had to pound the knob to the off position using the shower handle because I was burning up and my upper body strength is no match to your malfunctioning shower equipment. Upon reporting to the floor housekeeper, a wonderful lady BTW, a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the entire faucet unit.

Will not book this hotel again. Room toilets have smells, so do corridors which they try to mask with cheap cleaning liquids or perfumes. Beds are dusty. I faced an outage one morning while getting ready for work. Zero action, no communication, poor crisis management.
Attitude is an all time yuck. I cleansed the room with my own incense.
