幫去考試的家人預訂了房間，由於家人年齡較大，不清楚延遲退房會產生費用，沒有把隨身物品帶離房間，3點退房交回房卡，賓館人員沒有提前告知延遲退房會產生費用，在人員下午沒有入住的情況下，多收了每小時10元的費用，從12點開始計算，一共30元，並且在付費後多次詢問是否付款了，在哪裡付款的，讓人感覺不適
我的建議是不如住附近的如家，如家的價格衹貴幾十元，環境服務比這好太多，今後不會再住
當時定這個房間想着衹是將就一晚，但實際的條件原比想象中差的多，奉勸定房的各位做好心理準備

房間乾淨衞生，老闆服務熱情。贈送了一個蘋果吃，帶的電器斜口非標準尺寸插頭，十一點多電話諮詢老闆能否借用個插排，老闆不厭其煩的給找到一個合適的插排。五星好評，下次出差還去住這裏！

旅館客房應該安靜，但是，該旅館居然與歌廳是鄰居。傍晚，歌廳開始上客，睡在床上居然能聽到振耳的歌舞聲。找前台理論:他説我住的四樓還是最安靜的。無語。
