Nice hot spring hotel. A little dated compared to their other branches but location was convenient for us. Would go back. Can get busy over weekends.

I had to catch a flight and booked this room thinking I could take a bath.
The first time I swiped the card, the door didn't open.
The second time I changed the room and it smelled bad.
The third time it finally worked. There was a KTV across the street, torture😫

But it's not friendly for those who stay there because takeout can't be delivered to the hotel.
It's very troublesome.

The pillows are terrible. The bed is big and ok, but there is a faint smell of cigarettes in the morning. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. The check-in service staff had a gloomy face throughout the whole process. I don't know what I did wrong. The experience is very bad.
