Very approachable front desk best location to nanjingroad and waitan area good location bus and train accessible

Service was good, staff did not speak much English but used translator to communicate and were helpful. Breakfasts was good, they have a coffee machine. Nanpu bridge metro station is about a 10 minute walk but you also have bus stop at ＜5 minute walk that can take you to the bund in 10-15 minutes.

Good hotel, they implemented technology into their hotel like automated robot that sends up the delivery to the guest and automated toilet that has various functions for us to explore.

It was my first time staying in this hotel. It was very nice. I stayed in a family room on the first night and a twin room on the second day. The environment was nice and the service was very good. The breakfast was rich and there was a robot food delivery service. It was close to the Bund, the surrounding scenery was very good, and the transportation was convenient. It is worth recommending
