One thing i like about this hotel is they serve free costa coffee or even sending to my room and about 500m metro station line 2 direct to pudong airport within 50 minute.There is mall around the corner.Definitely will come back here whenever i travel to shanghai .I hope they can maintain that kind of service.

This hotel has a good location, close proximity to the downtown Shanghai. The facility is nice except the elevators are just too slow. And there are only two of these - fairly small ones too - for the entire facility which I am guessing has 20 floors and over 800 rooms (assuming 40 rooms each floor). You spend so much time waiting for them. Otherwise good service and polite staff.
Oh you need to work a bit I'd avoid it. The chairs are too tall (or tables too low) to feel comfortable. Doesn't seem they cared that much these days as I've experienced the same elsewhere. It's a small thing bit annoying, or is it a small thing?

During check in, the staffs attitude was good and polite. But during check out, the different staff attitude was super bad.
Cleanliness at level 14 common hall way was so bad, having really bad odour, and my room supposed to be smoke free, and i can smell strong smoke smell. Overall, i wont stay in this hotel anymore, due to the attitude.

Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Location is good with food around the corner and a shopping mall at the nearest subway station which is 5/10mins from the hotel.

The location is very good: near the metro, and near lots of varied places to eat. The staff are helpful, but with very limited English. It is great having Costa coffee available for free in the large entrance area. When I came in January, I had a room with a long desk and reading lamp, and a good rack on which to put my case, but the two rooms I have used on this trip have been smaller and without the reading lights ... But at least the ceiling lights are considerably brighter than those in some hotels! I would certainly stay here again.
