It's obvious that the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest checked out!!! When I lifted the quilt, the whole bed was full of short hairs. I had to call the front desk several times in the middle of the night to change the bed sheets. They couldn't even do the most basic thing of changing the bed sheets. It's really speechless. If you run a hotel with this attitude, don't do it.

The room is a mess, and there are ******* rats 🐁. The key is that the damn boss lady is very bad and has a bad attitude. There is a weird smell inside.
