The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, Lucky and Coco are warm ！the breakfast is rich in variety, and the taste is also good. The surrounding transportation is convenient. Walking into the hotel is like walking into a huge cinema. The decoration is mainly emerald green and orange. I like this style very much💕

The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful. Nick and Lucky at the front desk are thoughtful. They are very considerate and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, fully equipped, convenient location, comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, rich breakfast, exquisite decoration, first-class hygiene, and the staff are very warm. The check-in experience is excellent and good value for money.

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Lighting and plugs are in good numbers and we'll placed. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Overall it's one of the best stays I had in Shanghai.

Very spacious rooms with good facilities. Swimming pool, spa and fitness. The subway is less convenient than expected but there is Didi .

The hotel is nice and the room is spacious. Staff are very helpful. The only thing is that it’s located in quite a quiet area and not close to railway station

The staff was indeed lovely, the facilities need a renovation....maybe in a couple of years. The only down part is the breakfast. It was very messy, need more staff to take care of the food and the guests.

I didn’t put full 5 stars because there is no sauna and the temperature at the swimming pool is very very cold. Other than that the staff and the place is great
