Overall, the stay was good. However, our experience was impacted by a strong smoking smell in our room, which seemed to flow from the neighboring room during the night. This caused me to feel nauseous and uncomfortable. I requested a room change, and the reception staff promptly assisted us with the relocation, which I greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend the hotel enforce stricter policies, such as penalties, to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. On a positive note, the morning reception staff were exceptionally passionate and helpful, leaving a great impression.

While you need to visit the hotel next door on the second floor to access this service, it's a fantastic amenity for travelers looking to freshen up their clothes. The Shanghai Future Shangju Hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, friendly service, and useful amenities. Whether you're in Shanghai for business or pleasure, this hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming base for your stay. They also offer free airport pick up and drop off. Disneyland transpo is free, but you need to book them in advance. Highly recommended!"

Good to stay, especially before going to the airport. Staffs are very nice and the accomodation is well-managed. The shuttle bus to the airport is quite punctual.
