總體來説，沒有什麼失望的，地理位置優越，地鐵人民廣場地鐵站9號口出來幾十米就到了，服務員也挺熱情的。

We booked the biggest room which is on 3rd floor. No lift although they helped to carry our luggages up the narrow steps. What is unacceptable was the sewerage smell in the only toilet which is dimly lit and small with same area for shower and toilet bowl!

Feels like everything is smoking all the sheet and towel

Positives:
- really friendly and helpful reception staff, despite not speaking English we could communicate through translation apps
- laundry machine available to use
- great location, right near the walking street to the bund and metro
- food courts, restaurants and shopping malls nearby
- affordable for Shanghai but expensive for how basic it is
Negatives:
- very small room for two people. Luckily we had two backpacks but wouldn’t be enough floor space to open a suitcase on it
- no drying machine for laundry but they had a line on the roof to hang clothes (no cover so couldn’t put out if it was raining)
- very basic bathroom - needs upgrading
- not clean down the side of bed, furniture seemed a bit old and in need of updating
