預訂雙床房，安排的房間，不是真正靠窗。 是在走廊上，屬於內窗，邊上是放工具的房間。沒有經過客户同意安排，感覺不滿意。

1、我們定了大床房，然後被告知沒有免費停車，然後我們要求前台升房，被告知升房操作太麻煩請去找攜程取消訂單。
2、酒店床上三個很硬的靠背枕頭，咋了四個枕頭都給不全是吧，還全是靠背硬枕如圖所示。
3、訂單上明確寫明送兩份早餐，早上去餐廳被廚師刷房卡當眾告知我們的早餐衹有一份，尷尬至極，去前台詢問答覆是系統默認是一份，之後又操作補上，沒有收到道歉。
4、房間門縫半釐米，晚上睡覺漏光嚴重如圖所示。隔音差的很隔壁咳嗽一清二楚。
5、我們專門升房為了停車，入住前登記了車牌，退房後冒雨離開，被門衞保安告知需要80元停車費，去找前台説系統沒有核銷，需要車牌綁定。都登記了車牌還要核銷退房的時候也不提前告知前台是幹什麼的，另外也沒有收到道歉。

前台小姑娘很nice,看到有長者孩子主動給送了一份早餐。訂的家庭房，一張1.5米大床，一張1.2米床，三口人住挺舒服。房間衞生打掃的挺好，有些不方便的是沒行李架，箱子衹好放在地上。早餐在五樓，還可以，有盒酸奶很驚喜，炒菜花也不錯，要了兩次水都是小機器人送過來的，才250元的價格很實惠了。

整體下來還算不錯，位置還算比較方便，附近樓下就會有停車場，餐飲跟娛樂場所都有，酒店前台也很貼心，支持！
