GreenTree Inn

Recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience overall. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, modern and warmly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are complete, with plenty of hot water and good quality toiletries. I was impressed by the hotel's service. The staff was very friendly and professional. Whether checking in or answering questions, they were very efficient and considerate. The breakfast has a rich selection and the food is fresh, especially the local dishes which taste great. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby and convenient transportation. The only minor drawback is that the room is not soundproofed enough and you can occasionally hear noises from the corridor, but overall it does not affect the stay experience. A very satisfying accommodation experience, highly recommended to friends on business trips or travel!

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The good reviews were given by the front desk lady begging the guests. I also gave a five-star review on the first day, but what happened later was too outrageous. Worst: The hotel is under renovation. If you can't stand the noise of the electric drill, run away Worst: The bathroom shelf suddenly fell down in the middle of the night. It was scary. Worst: When I came back late at night, the shelf was not fixed but I was blamed for it. They said we were the one who cracked the basin. They also said that basins are very expensive and newly renovated, so we should pay for the basin. Worst 4: As can be seen from the pictures, the “newly renovated wash basin” is of such poor quality that it is cracked. Could it be that we caused the cracking? ? Worst 5: The window is also broken and cannot be opened Worst 6: The landline line is not working and cannot be used Worst 7: The TV set-top box is broken and we can’t watch any channels. We have to use our phone to cast the screen. 8th Worst: The bath towel was dirty and there was something dirty inside when I opened it Worst 9: There was only one chair in the triple room. This is not a big problem, but it can be improved. Worst 10: The front desk staff are all new, their attitude is average, and they can't speak. The customer service phone number left by the hotel is the security guard's mobile phone number... Summary: It was my first time staying at GreenTree Inn, and the experience was terrible. The manager was reasonable and able to communicate, saying he would change our room, but the fact that we were wrongly accused of the washbasin was still infuriating. I will not stay at GreenTree Inn again.

The hotel has convenient transportation. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. There are many restaurants around it. Although the room is small, it is quite clean and hygienic. However, the room was not soundproof at all, and I could hear the conversations in the neighboring room clearly. I had to pay 10 yuan for parking in the hotel parking lot. When I wanted to drive out at night, the parking lot guard had disappeared and I couldn't find him. I could only scan and pay 30 yuan for parking before I could leave the parking lot. Bad review! 第一次住這個酒店，因為朋友家在附近，所以定了這家店，酒店房間擺設整齊、規矩。環境衞生乾淨，前台還可以借閲圖書，圖書的品類很多，從國外小説到國內名著等等，品類很齊，很少能見到可以借閲圖書的酒店，這個想法確實很出眾。現在除了刷**就是刷**，也是趁這個機會，放下手機，看看書。帶小孩的來這住，可以借一個小童繪本，我看前台，放了很多小童地理、歷史等等繪本，我猜小孩子會很喜歡。工作人員態度親和，有禮貌。停車場停個車，據説酒店是後面物業的，第二天開出去，收費10元，這個價格，在上海停車，很難得了。下次過來，還會遠這邊。推薦，性價比很高

前台很熱情，房間很大，有足夠的空間來放行李，我和另外兩個朋友一起住，還幫我們從雙床升級為家庭房，衞生也很好，連住四天每天晚上回來都打掃的很乾凈，還可以免費寄存行李，很喜歡，朋友都誇我訂的好
