Beautiful rooms, clean and big. Perfect for families and business guests. Service however can be better. No one to help bring your luggage. More on a self service type of hotel. Nice mall just across the road. Approx 30 mins away from tourist areas and 45 mins away from Pudong Airport.

This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

Luxury experience, home away from home - an unforgettable hotel
As a foreign tourist, I am very satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, and surrounded by abundant food and shopping places. The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. What impressed me most was the service of the hotel staff. Mathys and Eden were warm and thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel the warmth of home. In addition, the hotel's Chinese and Western breakfast is also memorable. All in all, this experience made me feel very much at home, and I will choose this hotel again next time I come to China!

Great location and price sofa is so small can't sit more then 10 mins also the beds are so hard booking showed picture of dining table had no dining table

I was there with my 6 year old daughter. Cool place, close to the subway, so you have edy access to any where you wanted. Breakfast could be improved but it met my needs.
