特別感謝前台給升級成了雙卧室套房，對於回國行李多的人來説真的太重要了，房間裏有洗烘一體機很方便，對面就是長風公園和大悦城，各方面都很方便，代收快遞真的太重要了！

Gym needs fixing. Photos are not representative of the rooms as they are dated. Cigarette smell and butts on the floor in front of the elevator, one of the elevators sounds like parts are falling off of it. The staff and cleaner are friendly and do their best, but will not enforce the no smoking policy for the hotel despite it being against the law. Trip.com will also not enforce cigarette smoking issues with their hotel partners and it is incredibly disappointing and against their brand promises.

每年假期到上海都會入住協信莎瑪長風公寓，皆因住這裡有種家的温馨舒適，地理位置非常好，旁邊有長風公園和集休閑購物娛樂餐飲一體的大悦城，美食很多，交通很方便，邊上就有15號線長風公園站，莎瑪的房型很好，周邊環境優美，房間每天打掃清潔，乾淨衞生，工作人員服務熱情，值得推薦給需要的你！

Our second stay in this hotel. Definitely worth it and will stay there again the next time we visit Shanghai. The front office is friendly and helpful. Only i think they have to be more strict towards smoking guests.

附近酒店都住過，比較來比較去，還是覺得這裏舒適。這個有大客廳，還是挺方便的。停車很方便，直接開到樓下停車庫，電梯到房間。
