I have to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my stay at the hotel last night. Firstly, the performance of the air conditioner was extremely poor. It not only failed to provide adequate warmth, but also stopped from time to time, which made it unbearable. The coldness at night was particularly evident due to the instability and inefficiency of the air conditioner. In addition, the quilt was too thin and I couldn't sleep all night. The experience was further deteriorated by calling the front desk, as the front desk service was completely absent and no one answered the phone all night, which made me feel extremely disappointed and helpless. The room was a dark and damp attic, the facilities were in a mess, the roof was slanted and damp when it rained.
