Room needed to be cleaned better. Horrible brown marks on bathroom wall.
Generally helpful staff.
Great location on line 2 metro to get from airport and also to Honqquaio Station for high-speed trains.
Just need to take exit 2 out of Jing'an temple metro station to get to hotel so only 8min walk.
Good breakfast buffet both western and Chinese food available.
Bed comfortable. Quiet location for hotel.
Overall, does what it needs to for abase while sightseeing in Shanghai

Very disappointed. Indifferent staffs. Photos were quite deceiving. Felt very unsafe during my stay as i was assigned to a room too far away from the lift. (X40) stains are over the wall. Maintainence needs to be done. Safety lock is the old school kind. As i have a flight to catch early morning, i just bear with it. Hair dryer is not working too.

Room is comfortable. We stayed in 4 different rooms throughout our stay (multiple bookings) and while the room are similar, different rooms had different issue. 1 was faulty air con, which was fixed the next day. 1 couldn't do the 2nd lock on the door. 1 doesn't have a phone to call the front desk and the toilet bowl had a strange sound every flushing.
But the room was overall okay. The biscuits and java latte instant coffee was good. They provided 2 bottles of drinking water daily, which you can ask for more. The water pressure was OK too.

Hotel is convenient but there are using air centralise system which I not preferable.
I wish to shut all window due to vehicle noise at night but the air system was running in warm mode I am sweat during my stay. 🥵.
The toilet is transparent glass.... If you are not couple better.... 😏..
Washing machine is not free.
If you have large and heavy lagguage the metro station does not have lift or elevator. So you need to bring down towards the stair. 😔.

Everything was perfect! The location, the service and the room is incredible except on the wall inside the toilet is quite dirty.
