Stayed on the 5th floor which was not a lift accessible floor and had to go up 2 filghts of stairs in order to reach the room which is in every way not guest friendly when you travel with big luggages. The stairway was poorly lit and wort of all was the room carpet was so dirty you can see the dirty on the carpets which obviously was not cleaned properly. The hallway to the room was pretty creepy as there were very little guest staying at that floor and was dimly lit.
However the shuttle service to Disney was good as the driver was there to pick up on time.

There is a parking lot. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room type for free. There is a stereo in the room. I love it. The room is huge and the location is easy to find. Recommended
