I can totally recommend staying here! Sadly my Mini Bar fridge was not working, as it wasn’t cooling at all. There were a few minor marks that showed signs of prior usage like a rip in the leather headboard of the bed etc but really nothing major or that disturbed at all. The location was really good. I can strongly recommend staying here for this price!

The hotel was clean and in a good position near a metro station.
Even if we paid for it breakfast wasn't included and we got a little refund.
The room was spacious and clean but with a smell of smoke even if it was a non smoking room

We checked into hotel and the staff told us during checkin that the restaurant where we would have breakfast was closed 3 weeks ago. It is very disappointing that we were not informed in advance as breakfast is important for us - we do not wish to actively be searching for food in the morning. We got a cash refund, but we mightve booked other hotel if we knew we will not have breakfast that we paid for.
Also, hotel mentions english speaking lobby staff - not a single person could speak english. Ladies tried to cooperate via translator apps, but it definitely was not an ounce of english language. Cleanliness was just ok as well. Mirrors were not clean and cleaning staff did not vacuum the floors during our stay.

Very basic hotel, only chosen because of it's location on interchange of metro lines. Good enough for one night.

FenFen took care us well. The hotel is near Madang station. Room is abit tidy although it has what you need. However, I think the wall is too thin so that when other customers checkout in the morning, it was pretty noisy. Recommend to stay but ask for a quiet floor or room

The whole hotel smells of smoke and our room was even worse although we booked a non-Smoking room.

Even you asked for a non-smoking, the room still smeeling cigarett everywhere in most room. There are also many cigarettes burn mark on there floor. The guest also smoke in the elevator. So, don't expect a non-smoking. Dusty air condition. It got under-staffs, all seems too tired and can’t speak any English.
