1. The room was not cleaned properly, and there were yellow stains on the toilet.
2. After staying for two days, the room was not cleaned at all when I returned the next day. Bottled water was not provided, bath towels were not replaced, and the room was not cleaned at all. I had to go to the front desk to ask for water myself.
