這次來上海帶小朋友去迪士尼玩，選擇了皇廷世際酒店，掛牌五星酒店，感覺不錯👍距離迪士尼20分鐘就到了，地理位置還可以，白天我們去了迪斯尼玩的特別開心，酒店附近有一個小型的商業中心，裏面有很多吃飯的餐廳，還是比較方便的，出發前告知酒店：小朋友過十歲生日，幫忙簡單佈置一下，沒想到還給我們準備了生日蛋糕🎂，小朋友特別開心，前台服務特別棒有求必應，天氣熱客房阿姨還給我們多送了幾瓶水和麪膜，特別感謝，唯一遺憾就是沒有趕上游泳，酒店泳池維護，衹能下次吧

看着是五星的酒店，從外觀看也很氣派，但是入住后里麪比較老舊了，畢竟也快10年了，裏面都暗暗的。晚上8點多入住，給了房卡，進去發現門開着，燈也開着，房卡插着，和酒店要求換房間，前台態度也很差哦，沒有道歉，要求換房間後，也是很沒禮貌的掛機了，不説後續事情。再換了房間，裏面還有上個客人留下的拖鞋和麪膜，和前台理論，人家説是晚間服務，面膜也是送的，拖鞋提前給放在床邊的（那為啥之前那間沒有），完全是瞎説，拖鞋是這麼擺的嗎，衞生間梳子也沒放。如果看見的各位，可以和酒店申請一下面膜，畢竟他們説，這是他們酒店贈送的晚間服務，百雀羚面膜！
