Location is near the Shanghai Hongqiao HSR. Plenty of amenities and eateries within walking distance. Hotel ventilation is good and the space is sufficient. Staff were pleasant and polite. Recommend all to stay

這次三天兩晚的入住體驗很好。首先地理位置優越，機場很近。其次酒店房間衞生好，床品柔軟無異味，衞生間乾濕分離。而且隔音效果很好住着特別安心。 酒店環境更是沒話説，不管是大堂還是樓層走廊氛圍非常滿意，讓人身心都特別放鬆。裝潢風格十分符合女友胃口，高端又不失設計感，每一處都很有格調，拍照超出片！
酒店前台Jocecyn女士，進門接待就特別熱情，全程微笑服務，耐心解答我了關於酒店相關疑問，辦理入住效率超高，還貼心告知酒店周邊的遊玩和用餐推薦，專業又暖心。如果來這邊玩想第一時間把行李放下，又想住的舒心輕鬆。這是是個非常非常好的選擇。ps:在酒店前台Jocecyn女士的幫助下得知酒店有行李暫存，本人飛機沒有那麼早行李有點多，還想猶豫怎麼辦！沒想到小假期結束還給我這麼個小驚喜，實在滿星好評！
絕對是會無限回購的五星酒店，已經推薦給身邊朋友了，下次來還住這兒！

這次入住上海龍湖霞菲公館的體驗真的超乎預期！
最讓我驚喜的是它無可挑剔的地理位置。酒店就在虹橋商務核心區，從虹橋火車站出來，步行大約10分鐘就能到，周邊就是龍湖天街和虹橋天地兩大商場，裏面餐廳、小吃應有盡有，晚上想買點東西或者吃個宵夜都特別方便。
酒店的房間非常寬敞，我住的房型面積很大，佈局很合理，一點都不覺得侷促。 而且整體的裝潢是那種復古的老上海風情，氛圍感直接拉滿，拍照很好看。
必須重點誇一下床品的舒適度！他們家的床墊和枕頭真的特別舒服，躺下去就能感受到很好的支撐，整個人都被承託住了。 後來瞭解到床墊用的是金可兒品牌，品質確實有保障，讓我美美地睡了一整晚，第二天精神趕車。

來上海看jay演唱會的，高鐵出站後順着虹橋商務區箭頭走到酒店。往龍湖天街方向，在水裹湯泉和龍湖天街岔路口從水裹湯泉電梯出來就是酒店了。400多住到前英迪格酒店性價比還是非常高了。沒定早餐，酒店附近蘇小柳吃的早餐，挺好的。運動手環丟在酒店了，主動電話提醒我的。前台服務非常好，一直保持了英迪格水準。房間衞生略有提升的話，會更好了。

不過客房裡的一個細節讓我略感不適——房間內設有一扇暗門。雖然不清楚暗門的具體用途，但它與牆面的銜接設計較為突兀，入住時總下意識留意，多少影響了居住的放鬆感，對在意私隱或空間安全感的人來説可能需要適應。
服務水平完全沒毛病，屬於讓人省心的類型。前台辦理入住高效利落，入住期間有需求聯繫客房服務，響應及時且解決問題的態度很積極，從接待到售後都很規範，沒有出現任何疏漏或推諉情況。
對出差黨來説，這家酒店的地理位置是核心優勢。距離虹橋站非常近，趕高鐵不用提前很久出門，節省了大量通勤時間；周邊商業綜合體也多，用餐、採購日常用品都很方便，完全能滿足短期出差的生活需求。

設施方面十分貼心，房間內傢俱保養完好，衣櫃裏的衣架數量充足且無損壞，床邊和書桌旁的充電插座位置合理，還配備了USB接口，滿足電子設備充電需求。空調調節靈敏，製冷制熱效果穩定且噪音很小，Wi-Fi信號強且連接順暢，電視清晰度高、頻道豐富，整體設施運行狀態良好，沒有出現故障問題。
衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，房間地板、桌面一塵不染，沒有明顯灰塵或毛髮。床單被罩潔白平整，無污漬、無異味，毛巾蓬鬆柔軟且潔凈如新。衞生間的馬桶、洗手盆和淋浴間光潔乾爽，鏡子沒有水漬，角落也無黴斑或污垢，整體清潔度完全達標，讓人住得安心。

霞菲公館是龍湖旗下高端酒店服務式公寓，前身為虹橋INDIGO酒店，整個建築內外裝潢在英迪格里也是頂有特色的，奢華典雅的公區自成景點，本身就值得專程到訪的，服務很棒，床墊淋雨花灑電視都令人舒心放鬆，無邊泳池、瑜伽室和全套LF健身設備，旅途之餘從容享受內啡肽，樓下有一整條街的餐廳開放到凌晨2-4點，還有24h便利店和深夜食堂，虹橋天街天地麗寶廣場等多個互通大商場均舉步可達，3條地鐵、市域鐵、虹橋火車站、虹橋2號航站都可以步行到達，庭院很美晚上有種桃源的感覺，這次沒拍選一張去年來住的秋季照片
