The room was super clean and had a really nice vibe. The bed was big and super comfy—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was spot on.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay! If you’re looking for somewhere comfy and chill, I’d totally recommend this hotel. Perfect for a getaway or even a work trip.

Hotel is a bit old but overall is not that bad. Transportation is not that convenient because it is far from subway station, so I had to take a bus first to subway station.

### "A Family-Friendly Gem in the Heart of Shanghai!"
Our recent stay at Bornmann Hotel was delightful! From the moment we arrived, the friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome, and check-in was a breeze.
We had a spacious room that comfortably accommodated my husband, our 6-month-old daughter, and my mother-in-law, providing plenty of room for all of us.
One highlight was the breakfast, which primarily featured delicious Chinese cuisine. It was a wonderful opportunity to indulge in local flavors while enjoying our morning together.
Overall, Bornmann Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service and family-oriented atmosphere. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to Shanghai!

The hotel is good, clean and offers a pretty decent selection of food at the breakfast buffet, but the crown jewel in my opinion is how helpful the staff is, so nice and friendly and always ready to help, from guy at reception to the cleaners and restaurant staff, they all offer next level service

The hotel just needs to better at cleaning, I could tell the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned, water stains in shower and grime in sink, wall and carpet so stained.
Had to request a room change because the first room had severely stained carpet and the second room wasn’t much better.
