酒店服務人員態度惡劣，騙我説網上不能訂票開房的，非要我退房，在店裡從新開。我不退不給我入住，因為這個平台要訂房便宜一點，所以服務態度很差很惡劣。和酒店服務人員僵持差不多一個小時才給我辦入住。
