The room is spacious and clean, can fit two big luggage and there were still a lot of space. The front desk is polite and helpful.
The location is good, metro station is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
One thing that can be improve would be the diversity of breakfast.

這家全季的位置真的無可挑剔！出門100米就是豫園地鐵站，步行15分鐘直達外灘，去豫園、南京路步行街也超方便，地鐵還能直達虹橋機場，遊玩出行零煩惱。
早餐種類豐富又可口，中式的豆漿油條、葱油拌麪，還有小米粥、玉米等雜糧，西式點心也齊全，自助形式按需取用，吃得很滿足。
同地段性價比超高，不管是旅遊還是出差都超合適，下次來上海還選這兒！

This hotel is situated in the best place of the area 2 MTR exits (no.1 and 5) both just accross the hotel. Hotel room is nice and complete. Very impressive toilet, huge size, clean and strong water. The hotel itself is very good and nice for me.
There’s alot of bottle water at the front desk, so just grab and go.
Customer service. This is the thing this hotel lack the most. They are run by a bubch of young kids that for me is not even well trained for customer service, no english at the front and even calling them. They doesnt know the tone for dealing with the customer, they are like just want to get over with you right away and don’t bother them please. I ask to confirmed that my reservation comes with breakfast, what the kid told me if you book with a room with breakfast then you have it!, they dont even bother take a mile to check and reconfirmed.
The cleaner just dump the trolley at the hallway making it has a bad smell.
I think this hotel serve the locals more than the foreigner.
Overall, satisfy with the hotel and specially the wash room, but not the customer service aspect.

The owner of the hotel is very nice. The front desk staffs is friendly and help full.
The location is very accessible.
Owner of the hotel recommend us a restaurant that offer good breakfast and was recognised by China gov.
After searching in the web we really can't find the place as this restaurant is well know only by the local.

環境不錯，就在地鐵口，附近點外賣也很放便，早餐種類還可以，甚至給準備了打包盒，來不及可以打包帶走，非常的貼心

地理位置十分優越，距離地鐵豫園站5號出口就1分鐘，打卡外灘，南京路，南京西路，靜安寺等都十分方便！房間也跟安靜，無異味！叫外賣也很方便！下次來還會再選擇！

They don't speak English at all. They do everything with a translation device they have. They asked for extra money, saying they would give us a room with a larger bed. When we refused, they bargained over the price. When we still refused and said we would see both rooms and decide based on that, they immediately gave us the larger room.
The breakfast was the same every day. There were very few vegetarian options, and the quality was quite poor.
The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. The hotel is located at the intersection of two main roads, and all the street noise can be heard in the room. Even when the people in the next room take a shower, all the noise comes through.
Location-wise, it's excellent, though. You can walk to The Bund or Yu Yuan Garden in just 5 minutes.
In summary: if you have the budget to go to Shanghai, spend a few more dollars and stay in a more reasonable hotel, because you won't feel very happy in this one. But if you're on a tight budget and want to stay in a hotel instead of a hostel and walk everywhere, this hotel is for you.
