設施：設施陳舊，一個房間裏面兩張床都是不同的床，擁擠不堪；下水道堵的死死的，洗澡之後積水很深；沒有衣櫃；窗户關不嚴實，蚊子源源不斷進來；用的洗髮沐浴乳液是一體的，質量最差的。
衞生：被子絕對是n天都沒有更換的，已經發黃了，枕頭上也是黃跡斑斑，毛巾上還有前一位客人留下的血跡，牆上的牆紙都發黴了，蚊子屍體沾滿了整面牆。
環境：店內環境一般，總三層，沒有電梯。
服務:前台接待男生態度不好，蚊香片不主動要就不給，兩個人入住，衹給一條毛巾。
總而言之，這個賓館價格不算高，但是各種該做的工作都沒有做到位，半夜蚊子源源不斷的進來，孩子大人都是幾乎沒閤眼，被叮的哇哇叫，申領個蚊香片還要拉扯半天，毛巾也是臨時下樓去便利店自費購買，這次住宿體驗感受到了上海房東對外地人深深的歧視，完全破壞了上海親子游的興致。
