At the room 1009 the washing machine inside was terrible stinky and didn’t work, not water. The floor was not cleaned properly.
Room 2099 I found blood marks in the wall, and spit marks at the bottom wall next to the main door.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. It was in the same building with Mercure Hotel. Located very near to the Metro Station (Line 2). A shopping mall was located about 5 mins walking distance. IKEA was in the mall. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, supermarket and boutiques. There were few halal eateries too. Metro Line 2 was the best to use if we wanted to explore the main tourist attractions in Shanghai. This Line 2 also connecting the 2 main airports in Shanghai city. The staffs were very helpful, polite and friendly. They can’t communicate in English but translate apps were very useful. They even help us to carry our bags to upper floor as there were no elevator. This unit only have 2 floors with staircase to access. Ironing can be done at the shared laundry room which also a shared area with the gym. Our room have washing machine. The kitchen was not functioning as there were no microwave and induction cooker and other utensils provided. We can use the shared microwave at the ground floor at the lobby area.

Beside Songhong metro stops via exit 5. The walk inside to metro is quite a distance to exit 5. Hotel looks nice but furniture & towels are old. Drawers are little dusty but strong shower.

We stayed for 9 days. The location is very good and near to the metro and mall. However, I am very dissatisfied with their cleanliness. The hallway was full with rubbish. The bedsheet was changed twice throughout the stay, the toilet have flies everywhere and have unpleasant smell. Our room have crack on the wall behind the toilet door.

And of you want terminal one meed transfer, but for airport location is good and helps be prepared, has a gym, laundry all self service which is great!
I wish it were cleaner and doesn’t provide handsoap or basic necessities so u need your own, and service was slow checking in.
Outside has lawson/ikea/ restaurants and close to metro

Okay stay. Hotel room wasn’t the greatest - stains and cracks on the wall. Unlike a room I had stayed at previous. But overall great staff service.
