Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station.
Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best.
The SPA is must visit. Included in the price. Nice hot water basins,mini jacuzzis, saunas, hot stone and salt heated relaxing rooms. Different body treatments, massages.
In the lobby is the restaurant, café, gaming machines, children play area.
Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided.
I did booked for 1 night, finally spent 3 nights there:) Really enjoyed it:) Room was cleaned every day, comfortable mattress and pillows.
I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep nights:)

This hotel is great. You can enjoy hot springs at a cheaper rate if you occupy a room. Their hospitality is awesome and they’re quite helpful to foreigners as well.

在地鐵站下車後走一段路就到了
因為鄰近lalaport跟自由高達
而且還有水療 所以選了
進酒店後要在玄關脫鞋
（看似比在日本的酒店還要日式呢）
每個房間除了有房間號 還各有名字
馬桶是日式的智能馬桶
晚上睡覺時發現我入住的房間有數隻大蚊
睡得不好
換了房間後就沒事了
酒店有提供仿照日本的人造溫泉♨️
當是水療就是了
不過水療範圍總有一種像公共泳池氯氣的味道
這在日本不會有
溫泉本身也接受非住宿形式的使用
所以日間人很多呢
除了水療 還有街機 電子遊戲機
小食店等等 要額外付費的
感覺整間酒店都在盡量模仿日本
但又很明顯感覺到與在日本的差異
不過若喜歡日式風格和溫泉
在上海旅行時來這裡過一下癮也是可以的

房間還不錯的，但是加了錢八百多的房間，麻將桌多少有些多此一舉。蚊子是真的多，我又是很怕蚊子有點過敏的類型，徹夜未眠，穿長袖長褲開空調睡覺，手腳和臉上依舊被咬了不下十五個包，差點沒給我送走，從沒見過這樣的酒店。下面送的温泉票，人少還不錯，但是這個助洗也就是搓澡的這個，瘋了吧，把我從温泉拽出來，一抹我的後背挺臟，泡温泉哪有不搓澡的，就開始拉到板子前介紹，孜孜不倦的追着我逮，這樣子真的很讓人厭煩，至此温泉哪裡十五分鐘結束再也不去，娛樂項目也跟shi一樣的差評，小孩沒有一點節制，根本沒有人管，差評。房間隔音很差，vip房間外面有人走，咚咚咚跟敲門一樣，差點給我嚇ed了大哥，差評！

毆打顧客， 在浴池中推搡客人，致使面部與手指受傷！服務態度極其惡劣！ 管理人員極其敷衍！反正不會再入住了， 並且客服也沒有真正解決問題！ 會嚴重影響平台公信力！ 如果上升到安全問題就不是錢能解決的了！ 必須在商務上給予足夠壓力！

店員態度很好 預訂的是帶窗 但是不能打開的帶大浴缸的私湯 給的309房間 房門開關有點問題 而且走廊風機一來 門就開始震動 樓下正對着大鍋爐 九點開始就哄哄哄的運作 直到半夜一點多 結束營業 才安靜下來 哎 體驗感很不好 一晚上沒睡好 而且 三月份房間有蚊子了 還有 衞生間門背後有被拍死的蚊子 沒有清理過
