Very nice and friendly hotel. Convenient free laundry room, and little gym. Good feeling rooms. Would definitely stay again and it’s made me always look for this brand of hotels.

第二次入住了，感覺不錯。之前入住的時候因為訂單問題，鬧了點誤會，也解決了。這次入住的體驗還可以，幫忙升級了房間，外窗的，房間也乾淨舒服。帶小孩來住的，酒店貼心提供了小童拖鞋和牙刷。退房因為有點事拖了會，貼心的幫忙把退房時間延遲到了2點，這點很不錯。早餐也可以，中式多一點，現煮的麪條，蒸餃挺不錯的，這次餐廳的服務態度也改善了。

衞生：衞生非常乾淨，床鋪地面衞生間十分乾淨
設施：電梯，智能門鎖，以及比較亮點的是送餐機器人，需要什麼物品可以網上點單，送餐機器人會送上來，以及外賣，也是送餐機器人直接送到門口的十分方便。出門離公交站很近，可能看着離地鐵站比較遠出門坐152路可以直接去一號線，十分方便。
環境：周圍吃的很多，距離萬輝商場很近，很好
服務：大學生出門旅遊，前台免費給升了房間，而且前台十分的禮貌，需要什麼可以直接講，服務很周到
總的來説大學生旅遊上海行這次住宿十分滿意五星好評。！！！

衞生：電話話筒，底座全是灰塵
設施：毛巾，浴巾都舊成什麼樣了，擦在身上都粘毛了，對得起三百多的房價嗎？
服務：服務方面還不錯的，服務員送物及時，前台反饋及時。
