I recently stayed at Yitel Premium Shanghai Jing'an on Nanjing West Road, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The hotel is super clean and comfortable, which is always a big plus for me. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the action. I loved being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants without any hassle. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Oh, and the breakfast? Definitely worth mentioning! They had a nice variety of options that set me up for the day. Overall, I’d say if you’re looking for a solid place to stay in Shanghai, Yitel Premium is a great choice. I’d totally recommend it!

I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is great, but we found a dead cockroach in our room when we arrived. The room smelled like smoke, and even though it says no smoking in the rooms, a guest was smoking in the corridor outside his room near staff without repercussions. The staff was also arguing about how to process our passports, which I felt was unprofessional and made our check-in process take longer. For this price, you’ll find much better hotels in this location.

Great location in Jing’an close to many bars and restaurants. Personally think this a much better area than around East Nanjing Rd. Hotel could be a little better signposted but otherwise it’s a great stay

The hotel is on the third floor. The hotel wasn’t bad, it was pretty decent. Just the noise insulation isn’t great. But overall the room was clean.
