Fabulous hotel with not only excellent design and location, but also very attentive and professional employees. We had a great time from arrival experience to coffee, bar, pool with hamman and sauna to the room. Can only highly recommend, a true gem!

The hotel facilities are decent, but I was very disappointed with the front desk service. When we asked about the location of our food delivery, the staff was impatient and unhelpful, giving us vague directions and showing no willingness to assist. We were misled several times and ended up wasting time walking back and forth, only to find the delivery was left at our room door — something that should’ve been communicated clearly from the start. For a hotel in this price range and brand reputation, this kind of service is unacceptable.

The Middle House was really a luxury home away from home. The staff were excellent and assisted me in all ways possible and helped me with some of my restaurant reservations ahead of time at my request. The rooms were clean and the decor was excellent. You truly feel relaxed and pampered here. My only recommendation is the door staff to be more attentive and take more of an initiative to patrons getting off the cars during rainy days, trying to keep both us and our belongings dry when we return from an outing. Otherwise excellent!!! Keep it up!

It’s a great hotel, great location and amazing staff who are attentive and kind.
If I’m honest the only downfall was the dog barking in the room next door (they are allowed so I can’t be that mad…and it did stop), and the Michelin food festival on the rooftop across. Not because people could see us on the balcony, but whoever hired that band needs to be evaluated.
Highly recommend, would stay again.
