It’s a great hotel, great location and amazing staff who are attentive and kind.
If I’m honest the only downfall was the dog barking in the room next door (they are allowed so I can’t be that mad…and it did stop), and the Michelin food festival on the rooftop across. Not because people could see us on the balcony, but whoever hired that band needs to be evaluated.
Highly recommend, would stay again.

I had high expectations for [Hotel Name], but they still managed to exceed them. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like a perfectly set-up workspace and cozy extras. The attention to detail, from the staff’s service to the little comforts, really made the stay memorable.

Rooms were old but well maintained.
Location is good and convenient as it’s close to a high end mall
Only complaint was the service on food
You asked for toast to accompany your omelette and they give you two very small slices of bread, each sliced into three pieces. They give you like a teaspoon of jam inside a recycled bottle. Their “fresh” orange juice for 3 successive days were off
When I ordered roast chicken they give you skinless boiled chicken with four giant bowls of rice good for a family of 6.
They don’t seem to understand the difference between “roast” and “boiled”.
So stay in the hotel but better not to order room service.

One of the best hotels in Shanghai. Great designs, comfortable beds, and enthusiastic service. Central location beside a mall is a plus and Grey Cafe is a bonus!
