1，樓梯房3樓衹有一層，讓人幫忙搬行李都不搬，一來就被拒絕，忍了。
2，進去不到半個鍾排風扇很吵也關不掉，來回折騰三次修了1個多小時。
3，服務態度很差，找前台投訴説排風扇問題，前台説三樓不歸她管，她衹負責前台。我找三樓保安，又説找前台，第一次遇到這種垃圾酒店。不解決問題衹會踢皮球。還説我想幹嘛。
4，排風扇問題要求換個房間，太吵沒辦法睡，前台不給換房間，説我們已經住進去，酒店問題自己不解決還不讓客户換房間，簡直霸道。
5，廁所浴室小的連轉個方向都難。
6，洗漱用品還要自己拿到房間去，這就是329的價位房間。一次性拖鞋質量最垃圾穿着差點滑倒，一不小心閃到腰就麻煩。

晚上10點入住的，熱水斷斷續續，衞生間熱水，折騰完準備躺下休息，外面開始砰砰砰鬧了。打電話問前台，最後説是修馬路沒辦法，想着將就睡一晚就算了。
第二天11點半開始催我退房，我説能不能延遲到2點，給我回復最多到12.30，上海酒店都這樣。好像上海其他酒店我沒住過一樣，去醫院辦事才選的這家。
12.30就算了我少休息一會，沒想到12點一刻就有人來一直大聲敲門趕人退房了。像***一樣的，住了近百個酒店沒遇到過。
對了，淋浴間噴頭洗到一半掉下來了，差點砸到頭。

這家酒店離醫院非常近，這是地理位置優勢，是我們家老年人去做腸胃鏡，然後是下午的時候做的，我們擔心晚上還要不要續住，所以沒有退房，我們是5:50退的，下午5:50，然後要再續半天的房租總體還可以
