I had a fantastic stay at GYA hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet—great variety and quality. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The room facilities are complete. The front desk reception is serious and responsible. The hotel elevator requires a card to enter. It is very safe and secure. The sanitation is very clean. It is a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady also helped to upgrade the room type. Thank you very much

The common problem of the hotel is that the sound insulation is poor. You can hear the sound of TV in other rooms. The floor is slippery when taking a shower. It is recommended to add something to prevent slipping. Others are good

The hygiene is good. The environment is also OK. The service was good too.
However, the hotel said that there was parking space, but in fact there were only 3 parking spaces. It was very difficult and inconvenient to run around looking for a parking space.
