The staff is very nice and very welcoming us. The location is great, just a corner to Nanjing road. Walkable distance to metro.

Very good location and service! Clean, bed comfortable, everything is good. You can leave your luggage in lobby and go to Nianjing Road and The Bund. So convenient. Will come again!

Location is super strategic👍👍👍. Located at middle of nan jing road pedestrian street. Walking distance to the bund, people square metro point (exit 7) and east nan jing road metro point (exit 1) and city tour bus meet up point. There is a lot of international tourist, front desk can speak English. Customer service attended to our issue very fast even in midnight. There is smell of smoke come into our room in midnight few times (I believe there is other smoking in the room and the air ventilation system is connected). The staff bring air freshener to our room very fast. We feedback to the front desk on the next day and front desk offer us to change room. We rejected it because we don't want to repack our stuffs. Please request non smoking floor during check in. The double filling of local mochi opposite the hotel taste superb.

The location ofthe hotel is very close to the mrt station. Hotel sfaffs are super duper nice and kind. Highly recommended !

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Just steps away from the pedestrian shopping streets. Many food options nearby and the hotel room is nice and clean. Would choose to stay here again if I come to Shanghai.

Very good front desk service especially by Alex; Helpful and attentive to our needs (I.e., helped us carry our luggage, book restaurant tables, see to our requests). We would recommend our friends to stay here; Good location and friendly staff, we’ll definitely come back.
