周邊是居民區，和我以前住過的酒店相比位置真的好太多。邊上是車站也很方便走一會就可以到一號線，衞生條件比較好，打掃的很乾凈

首先真的很差，這裏的工作人員都非常奇怪，阿姨每天像看管犯人一樣，一到中午滿走廊就大聲敲門問打掃衞生，這個沒什麼問題，但是都不等你反應敲兩下就直接刷卡進，這麼多年頭一次遇到這種操作，結果我説為什麼進來，他比你還有理，理直氣壯在那跟你吵，絕，這家酒店阿姨素質一個比一個絕，還有一個跟他説打掃，人家不理不睬，半小時後去前台講過兩次，來時候氣呼呼，換床單被套時候説煩死了，更絕，衞生間有味直接走了，老闆來他説跟我説過了打掃過了，老闆操作也絕不問清楚在那看，要麼就是説換一間，總之亂糟糟，人都非常複雜素質極低

設施：麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。在上海地界上，尤其是類似於靜安區這種所謂的中心城區，116塊的酒店其實不能要求太多。房間稍顯擁擠，但桌椅熱水壺水杯電視機空調窗户遮光簾等基礎設施一應俱全，足以匹配像我這種短暫停留的旅客需求。甚至，前台旁邊還有飲水機可以使用。
服務：前台服務態度好，像我落了錢包都及時幫我送回，實在感謝！
衞生：圖1是洗手盆的出水口，看起來不像是普通清潔能搞定的，所以很可能不是保潔阿姨偷懶，而是金屬器件封膠容易藏污納垢？圖2是桌上的茶盤，不知道是不是用具太久洗不乾淨的原因？（99的logo都掉色嚴重了）
環境：房間隔音效果很不好。酒店在二樓，三樓感覺是民居？我住入當晚，三樓正上方或者隔壁那對屋主夫婦從晚上11點吵架到凌晨3-4點，吵的啥我都一清二楚，無非就是夫婦之間清算疫情以來的開支用的誰的錢、用了多少錢，結果是操着上海話的老公吃軟飯，操着地道中原普通話的老婆掏的6萬塊。我實在是不想聽他們的八卦，但隔音等同於沒有。我想這對夫婦酒店是管不着（畢竟是民居），而且五點鐘開始嘰嘰喳喳的鳥兒們酒店也控制不了。但或許酒店下次裝修的時候可以考慮加購房體隔音材料和隔音玻璃？我看評論區其他旅客也抱怨過隔音問題。
