The experience was extremely poor. The front desk would say sorry when I asked questions. The water in the shower is up to my ankles. How should I wash my girlfriend during her menstrual period? The hotel's smoke alarm went off at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. Thick smoke filled the air. There was a power outage in the guest rooms. Everyone came out. The front desk still stood there as if nothing was wrong. No notification was given in case of emergency and no evacuation was allowed. The police and firemen inspected the situation for an hour. After the firefighters completed the investigation, they still apologized. So far, I have not heard an apology from the hotel staff, and there has been no compensation.
