The hotel was nice, not very far from the center and the railway station. It was good that unlike most Chinese hotels their bathroom had a normal door and walls and not glass and curtains

The overall stay was great. The hotel was clean, and it was convenient to travel around. Metro station was near , and it is suitable to use metro late night.

Room is well arranged to make the best of the limited space for a hotel near the city centre. Bath room is nice and clean, relatively spacious, with thick, absorbing towels and proper shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was nice, with a nice mix of Chinese and French breakfast to suit all tastes, and a proper coffee machine that always works.
There are two metro stations within 10-minutes walk from the hotel and one can also walk to the Bund (~30 minutes in my case) along the Suzhou river, on well maintained walkway.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. I find its location to be very strategic when traveling by train and its also near many live music venues. Breakfast is very good though a bit more oriented to Chinese cuisine. Amenities could be better but all the basics are provided. People are helpful and the place is clean

The room was very small. The location was a little far for the matro station. Breakfast was good. Clean and polite personal. The hotels need to undertake some restoration. Overall ok.
