Very clean & convenience hotel friendly staff at the lobby will recommend to my friend.

The room is clean. The flat screen TV is huge. There is no mini fridge and safe in the room, however. The bed is on the hard side but suits me well. The breakfast is tasty but basically stay the same day over day. The breakfast runs from 7 to 9:30 in the morning. It got crowded during peak time. Staffs are efficient. A bit more smile on their face would be nice and go a long way. The worst part is the cigarette smoking odors from time to time. The entire building is smoking free but a few guests did not behave well on this regard. They did smoke behind the closed door.

The room is large and clean, with a large bed. The facilities provided are also very complete, including toothpaste, slippers, mineral water, and a large TV with local channels.

We stayed in a twin room. The hotel was clean and hygienic. Although it was located on the roadside, the sound insulation was really good. We were not affected by the noise from the viaduct outside at night. The breakfast was also very rich. We could see the high-rise buildings of the Bund from the hotel window. We were very satisfied overall.

The hotel and the room are relatively new. Not bad👌. The TV in the room is big. But it can't be watched in the morning. The network is not good😅The hotel is far from the subway station, so it is convenient to drive for business trips.

Although this hotel is located next to an elevated road, I have to praise their excellent soundproofing! I couldn't hear any sound in the room, and it was double-glazed, which really surprised me. I also particularly liked the lighting and style of the room.

The quality of the windows is very poor, resulting in very poor sound insulation. The roar of vehicles in the inner ring is very loud all night, which seriously affects sleep.

The flight was cancelled, so I stayed one more night. It was still very good. It was raining all the time, and the temperature was relatively low. I was really tired after running around for a day, so I took a hot shower and lay in bed. I met a robot head-on, one avoided me and the other took a detour, which was very loving.
