The service was terrible. Avoid at all cost!
Firstly, they gave us used and wet face towels in the bathroom when we checked in.
Next, they switched off the aircon without informing us. We later found out that they switched off the aircon because some other customers complained too cold? Would you believe it?
Receptionist slammed the phone when we requested to speak to duty manager.
In the end, had to check out after 1 night (we originally booked 4 nights).

It has been forth time staying this hotel.
- location is closed to a business center, office building, park, supermarkets, restaurant&cafe, and metro in a walking distance. And it's 20-30 mins by car to Hongqiao rail way station and airport. But the metro is approx 1km which is not so close to walk
- The hotel vibe is really good. It's quiet and relax hotel. There is a good tea and snack prepared for guess at the lobby
- Staffs cannot speak English but helpful and service mind. We can communicate through the translator on mobile. Communication is not a problem
- Breakfast is quality and varieties which some menu could be changed daily but some is fixed
- the picture I shared is a nearby park which you can walk to relax and enjoy Shanghai life in the morning time

因為是去上海體育場看演唱會特地選了附近的酒店 這家酒店離體育場很近 走路大概十幾分鍾 酒店外觀很大氣 我們辦理入住時候前台小姐姐特別熱心特地給我們升級了房型 另外提個小小的建議 早餐餐廳如果能再大一些就更棒了。

I am surprised that the rooms are well maintained. The room is clean and furniture new and well maintained. I appreciated that they arranged that I need not change room as I added another night to my package. I was delighted with the policy of free soft drinks for first round per day! The amenities could be better topped up eg shower and hand soap. However, I like it that they have disposable, comfortable and durable slippers. On last stay day, they offered to call a cab for us and concierge on duty on 15 May at about 7pm proactively helped us with the luggages. Variety of foods at breakfast could have more options and cover fave more eats in Shanghai. I am amused by the robots that can bring up the takeaways to the room. Dyson hair dryer dries hair fast for better sleep. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I would use this hotel again.
