The service staff at the check-in front desk were very enthusiastic. It was raining that day, and the service staff thoughtfully provided hot water. The breakfast was rich in variety, but the facilities were a bit old. The overall check-in experience was quite satisfactory!

The environment is good and the transportation is quite convenient. There is a bus stop just outside the door, and there is Wanjia for dining nearby. Overall, it is very good. Both the front desk and the aunties provide very good service. There was also a small New Year gift when I checked out, which was really warm.

The hotel is very clean, the robot food delivery is super fun, the hotel's buffet breakfast is quite rich and tastes great. The price is quite reasonable in Shanghai, and Hanting never disappoints me.
