衞生堪憂，房間裏面的床單上面有明顯的印子，跟前台反應後，來了個人換了新的床單。隔音也很差，外面有點動靜就聽得到。

房間比較下，，服務員熱情，距離西沙濕地很近，明珠湖公園有天鵝放飛，門票免費，裏面環境很不錯，小童樂園可以讓小朋友釋放下精力

房間還是不錯的，還免費升級了度假村的水景房。早餐是九宮格套餐，非常豐盛。有崇明的特色醬菜（鹹瓜炒肉絲、鹽漬子姜、草頭鹹菜、鹹鴨蛋）、各式糕點（崇明糕、方糕、燒賣）、花捲、現炸的小油條、玉米、白煮雞蛋（非常新鮮）、白米粥、水果拼盤和酸奶。

設施還可以，但是房間裏面還是有點問題 床頭壁燈裏面全是蜘蛛網，太晚了也不高興換房間衹能儘量往另一側靠睡覺，床上有一個卷的毛，emmmm，然後床的話彈簧好像是壞的，睡覺往中間陷進去的，晚上一羣老年人在那裡跳舞挺吵的，早上麼嘰嘰喳喳的也有點吵，其他都還行，浴室龍頭水有點小

房間兩瓶礦泉水不夠喝，問前台當班服務員能否多提供兩瓶，我花錢買也可以，回答是不可以！

三個家庭結伴出行，多次選擇住天鵝苑，勝在靠近兩個景點，房價又比較便宜，房間床墊還可以，洗澡水也夠用。特色大草坪，很適合孩子撒歡玩耍！

整體給我感覺很輕鬆愜意，雖然設施不是很新，但是整體比較乾淨整潔，入住感覺很不錯，工作人員還送給我們無公害的瓜果蔬菜是很好的體驗

這個價位算是民宿價位，但是衞生確實還可以的。
如果你不介意天冷熱水要開20分鐘才有，且不能關，關了以後重新開就是另一個20分鐘的話，那就住吧😂
我定的是大床房，3202房間。除了水温問題，還有房間電視機修半天還是修不好，孩子看不了電視。
度假村裡面有魚塘，還有羊和豬，雖然我們沒有看到😂
度假村裡麪的農家菜很好吃，那個豆衣包肉真的太讚了，白斬雞也很好吃。幹鍋花菜沒吃出幹鍋味，辣油浸泡太多了
