The worst experience since many years of business trips. The hotel room was full of smoke and the smell could not be dispersed at all. It was an executive room but there was only one window facing the corridor. The window handle was in the upper half and it was not easy to open. The most disgusting thing was that the bed sheets and quilt covers were dirty, see the attached picture. I called the front desk to change the sheets, and they told me that there were no extra sheets in the linen room? What kind of hotel are you running without extra sheets? Checking in at night was tiring, and I had to wait for the front desk to find new sheets for 20 minutes. When I asked the front desk when new sheets would be brought in, they just said they didn't know. It was an extremely irresponsible front desk! The only good thing was that another girl at the front desk was not bad. She was trying hard to help me find sheets. I forgot to write down her name. Anyway, I will not stay in such a bad hotel next time! I also advise other travelers not to choose this place! If Ctrip did not allow 0 points, this 0.5 points would be too high!
