總體很滿意！各方面都很好 法式建築 房間裝修大氣 點了朝西的房間 正對着中環路方向 遠看蘇州河！二樓麪館很棒，早餐很豐盛，米粉湯一絕！贊環境！
唯一的美中不足，停車場物業和酒店禮賓部的配合不順暢，銷卡慢了些，耽誤事稍微，望改進！

服務超級差，昨晚睡覺電燈開關壞的，燈關不掉，想打電話，電話還是壞的。最近住了很多次，夏天空調製冷太差，很熱，完全睡不着。現在終於天氣涼了，不需要空調開很低，結果發現被子比一般酒店厚得多。服務也不好
