The hotel located near by Nanjing Road and metro station only 650 meter. The room are comfortable and all the amenities is fully served, the receptionist and manager good service to us and all the assistance requested has completely service from them. So happy and we will be return

One minute walk from East Nanjing Road Metro station. Very close to the Bund. Friendly reception and a large comfy room.

After reading many negative review, we still decided to stay here. But it seemed otherwise, the room is spacious yet clean with water and toiletries provided. There is also a sofa bed. The downside is that the elevator is so small, only 1 person and big luggage can enter. They use elevator to carry trash down to first floor, please clean this after so the stain and liquid on the elevator floor won't disgust guests. Anyway it's very close to the east nanjing station exit 6, walking distance and you can meet this hotel for a nice stay in shanghai metropolitan

Prime location, and we loved the friendliness of the receptionists and staff :) they’re extra warm and helpful.
The amenities: room heater and shower heater are always working.
Most of their receptionists are also well-versed in English.
Would definitely book again here when we go back to Shanghai.

The hotel was central, no problems to find it. Overall would repeat. Just one thing i would mention, the floor looked unfinished, there was no carpet, and the tiles just looked like a construction site. Not sure why they wouldnt just get some carpets to cover that. Other than that all was ok

The room was right in front of someone's house. Couldn't sleep at all because of the construction noise nearby which lasted for 3 hours from about 1am to 4am. Staff was friendly but apart from that, hard to recommend staying here.
